Life goes fast, probably faster than many of us would like. We always have all these plans and goals that make our minds hectic, but sometimes we need to step back and enjoy even the little things. I came across this list of 50 things to living a happy and healthy life, and I thought I would create my own version. Below I share my top 20 tips to live a happy + healthy life, daily.

 

Get Healthy + Happy

Drink lots of water

Be positive, always!

Find time to exercise, even just a walk

Eat breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day

Spend time outdoors, enjoy this gorgeous earth

Love yourself

Worry less (simmer down)

Get enough sleep

Embrace your Flaws

Utilize lavender oil

Drink herbal tea

Travel often, even just taking weekend trips

Explore new places and things

Work hard & dream big

Dance more often

Don’t compare

Be kind

Create a morning ritual

Invest in your relationships

Take care of yourself
