Hello Beautiful Soul,
I want to start a brand new series that I will update every few weeks, but it will focus on giving my readers that Monday Motivation they need to kick start the work week. These posts will be short and sweet, but hopefully enough to jump start your day. I will try to focus these posts on inspiring quotes and words. I hope you are able to utilize these posts and share them with your friends! Let’s kick off this series with the topic of making your goals less about money and success but more about living the life you want to.
When we create goals or measure success, many of us include wealth in this category. We are successful once we are swimming in cash and at our dream job, right!? Although that is a great position to be in, it is not always the life you want to live. The magic of achieving your goals is the journey to them, reaching your dreams will not be this fast track to success. It may actually take you years to actually get to the job you want to be in or achieve a similar large goal, but on the way there you may find yourself manifesting in brand new opportunities you never dreamed of. Opportunities that will ultimately shape your life in new ways and lead you down new paths.
I read a quote the other day that said: “I crave a life filled with magic in the smallest of things” and this quote really stood out to me for a couple of reasons. One of them being the idea of finding magic in the little things, we always focus our minds on the big things; the destination, the final goal or the end result. What about the moments in between, the ones we think don’t matter? These moments actually create the magic that makes the end goal so fulfilling. “Living the life you want to” goes beyond fulfilling life goals, but filling the gaps with magical moments that fill your soul with happiness.
When I actually take the time to enjoy the little moments, or embrace the world around me, I feel more connected with myself and the goals that I am able to accomplish. That may sound cheesy or weird, but I am a true believer of it.
Basically, today’s Mojo is to motivate you to find the small things in your day that make it amazing. Achieving your goals is amazing, but being able to enjoy the process will make the end result that much more fulfilling. Some people like to recognize the little things by keeping a journal that they can record some daily successes in. Sometimes, I write down mine, but usually I just take a moment at the end of the day to appreciate the little things. I want you all to work hard and hustle for your big goals, but I want you all to also stop and smell the roses from time to time. I know all my readers are amazing individuals that can accomplish anything they put their minds to, don’t forget that!
Thank you all for reading today’s Monday Mojo, I hope you are able to use this new series for some weekly motivation and inspiration. Never forget each week is a brand new opportunity to create and accomplish amazing things. That is my purpose behind these little posts, they can just be a way to kick start your week and help you move toward your goals in a positive way. Let me know if you enjoy these posts!
